A respected regional law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join their team in Ilkeston. This role involves working with a diverse and high-net-worth client base, focusing on estate planning, trusts, probate, and inheritance tax.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on Wills, estate planning, trust administration, probate, inheritance tax, and related matters.
- Manage your own caseload of private client matters, including complex estates and Court of Protection cases.
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and referrers.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff to deliver excellent client service.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and compliance requirements.
- Assist with business development and client retention initiatives.
Progression to Head of Department:
- Take on increasing responsibility for managing and mentoring junior team members.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of the department's business plan and financial targets.

Person Specification:
