The Opportunity A respected and long-established regional law firm in Stourbridge is seeking a motivated Private Client Paralegalto join their growing Private Client team. Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in the preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and Trust documents
- Supporting fee earners with probate and estate administration matters
- Liaising with clients, financial institutions, and third parties
- Drafting correspondence and legal documents
- Managing files and updating case management systems
- Ensuring excellent client service at all times
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of 9 months’ experience in Private Client work (e.g. Wills, Probate, LPAs)
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage your own workload with supervision
- A professional and empathetic manner when dealing with sensitive matters
- A law degree or legal qualification is preferred, but not essential
