What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Advising both employers and employees on a wide range of employment matters
  • Supporting on contentious and non-contentious issues, including disciplinary processes, redundancies, and employment tribunal claims
  • Drafting contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
  • Working closely with senior solicitors and partners on complex advisory work
