Our client, a long established law firm with offices in the City Centre and surrounding areas, seeks to appoint a Residential Conveyancer to join their Property team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a Residential Conveyancer role, handling their own caseload from start to finish.
You will:
- Review and draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and deeds
- Conduct title searches and analyse property records
- Coordinate with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Handle any issues or disputes that may arise during the conveyancing process
- Provide guidance and advice to clients regarding property transactions
