Are you an experienced Employment Solicitor looking for a fresh challenge and the flexibility of remote working? We are working with a highly regarded law firm that is seeking a skilled Employment Solicitor to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to handle a litigated respondent caseload from start to finish.
The Role:
- Manage a full caseload of litigated respondent employment matters.
- Advise and represent employer clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings.
- Draft ET3s, witness statements, and other pleadings.
- Handle preliminary hearings, case management, and final hearings.
- Work closely with clients to deliver clear, commercial advice.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Solicitor (3+ PQE preferred, but all levels considered with relevant experience).
- Strong track record in respondent-side litigation.
- Confident in managing cases from initial instruction through to final hearing.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote working environment.
