A long-established and successful law firm in Wiltshire is seeking an enthusiastic Residential Conveyancer to join their fast-growing property team. This is your chance to manage your own caseload with flexible working options – hybrid or fully remote work is considered for the right candidate!

What you'll do:
- Handle a full range of residential conveyancing matters
- Work with support from onboarding and post‑completion teams
- Potentially mentor a paralegal as part of the structured training programme
- Deliver excellent client care and communication throughout each case
We're looking for someone who:
- Has at least 3 years' solid residential conveyancing experience (FILEX, Licensed Conveyancer, or equivalent – legal qualifications not essential)
- Thrives working independently and managing their own caseload
- Has excellent people skills and works well in a team
- Is organised, able to multi‑task, and adapts well under pressure
- Has a keen eye for detail and a history of strong billing
