Are you an Immigration Solicitor looking for a role where you can do more than just manage a caseload?
Our client is looking to appoint an ambitious and commercially minded Immigration Solicitor to join their growing team in the City of London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, getting involved in business development, and wants the chance to help grow an already established private client immigration offering.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of UK immigration matters from instruction through to completion.
- Advising on Skilled Worker visas, Sponsor Licence applications, Global Business Mobility routes, family visas, ILR applications, citizenship applications, and wider immigration matters.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Developing relationships with introducers and referral sources.
- Supporting business development and networking initiatives.
- Contributing ideas and helping drive the continued growth of the immigration team.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.
- 3+ years’ PQE specialising in UK immigration law.
- Strong technical knowledge across both private and business immigration matters.
- Able to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision.
- Commercially aware and confident building relationships.
- Keen to play a part in developing a growing practice.
Additional interest will be shown in candidates who have experience growing a private client practice, developing referral networks, or generating work, although this is by no means essential.
