Our client, a leading Liverpool law firm, is seeking to recruit a Conveyancing Executive / Solicitor to join their busy and highly regarded Residential Conveyancing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancer to take on a varied caseload within a supportive environment, working closely with senior solicitors while having the autonomy to manage files effectively.
The role involves handling a mixed residential conveyancing caseload, with responsibility for progressing matters from instruction through to completion. You will be expected to work with a high degree of self-management and initiative, while also benefiting from guidance and supervision where required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, and remortgages
- Handling files efficiently in line with compliance, AML, and KYC requirements
- Liaising with clients and other professionals to deliver a high standard of client care
- Attending client meetings and maintaining regular communication throughout transactions
- Negotiating with third parties to progress matters and achieve agreed outcomes
- Maintaining accurate and compliant file management, including timely file closures
- Monitoring and updating electronic case management systems and portals
- Supporting business development and networking activities where appropriate
- Keeping up to date with legal developments and ensuring ongoing professional development
- Assisting colleagues and providing guidance where needed within the team
We are keen to speak with experienced Conveyancing Executives or qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years' residential conveyancing experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of residential property transactions, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage a busy workload while meeting deadlines.
