An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the residential property team in Lincoln, managing your own varied caseload from initial instruction through to post-completion. You'll have the autonomy to take ownership of your files, build strong client relationships and deliver a high-quality service within an established and supportive team.
The Role
- You'll manage a full residential conveyancing caseload, including:
- Managing matters from instruction through to completion and post-completion.
- Sales, purchases and associated residential property transactions.
- Conducting searches and preparing contract documentation.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties.
- Managing exchange, completion and SDLT requirements.
- Maintaining accurate case records and time recording.
- Working towards agreed fee income targets.
- Maintaining high standards of compliance, quality and risk management.
- Supporting business development and converting new instructions.
About You
We're looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer who can confidently manage their own caseload and work to deadlines. You'll ideally have:
- Strong knowledge of the full residential conveyancing process.
- Excellent organisation, communication and IT skills.
- The ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
- Good knowledge of Money Laundering Regulations and Solicitors' Accounts Rules.
- Legal Executive or Solicitor qualification would be advantageous.
- Experience with SOS Connect would be beneficial but isn't essential.
