The Role
You’ll manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Right to Buy
- A wide variety of general residential conveyancing work
The firm has built strong relationships with local estate agents and enjoys a loyal client base, meaning you’ll handle predominantly local, high-quality work rather than high-volume, nationwide files.
The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive
- Around 3+ years' residential conveyancing experience
- Able to manage a varied caseload independently
- Passionate about delivering excellent client service
