Junior Conveyancer

Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner Location: Sutton Coldfield Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 DOE Job Type: Full-time, Permanent The Opportunity An established and growing legal practice is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its property team. This role would suit a confident conveyancer who is comfortable running their own caseload but also values having experienced support and supervision available when required. You will take responsibility for managing your own residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, while working as part of a supportive team focused on delivering a high-quality service to clients. Key Responsibilities Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion Handling sales, purchases, remortgages and other residential property transactions Managing client relationships and providing clear, regular updates Drafting, reviewing and progressing contracts and legal documentation Raising and responding to enquiries Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, solicitors and other third parties Progressing transactions proactively and ensuring key deadlines are met Identifying and resolving issues throughout the transaction Ensuring files are maintained accurately and in accordance with internal procedures Providing a high level of client service throughout the conveyancing process Working independently while seeking supervision and guidance where appropriate About You The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload The ability to run matters with a good level of autonomy A solid understanding of the residential conveyancing process Strong client care and communication skills Excellent organisation and attention to detail A proactive approach to progressing matters The confidence to manage a busy workload A team-focused approach and willingness to work collaboratively The ability to recognise when guidance or supervision is required What's on Offer Salary of £30,000 - £35,000, depending on experience Company pension On-site parking Supportive working environment with supervision available Opportunity to take ownership of your own caseload Long-term career development within a growing legal practice If you are interested in the above role, please call Sam Oliver on (phone number removed) or forward your most recent CV to (url removed).
