We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join a specialist team. You’ll work closely with an experienced mentor who will guide you through your initial cases, helping you develop your skills and confidence as you progress. The members of this department are committed to providing a comprehensive and professional service and routinely travel throughout a wide geographical area to assist clients. They represent clients on private prosecutions as well as prosecutions brought under Health & Safety and Trading Standards legislation. Their dedicated department prides itself on its reputation for high standards of advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling client matters under supervision.
- Draft and review legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and provide advice to clients.
- Support senior solicitors in day-to-day case management.
- Participate in client meetings and court attendances as required.
