An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Solicitor to join a highly respected, long-established law firm with multiple offices and an excellent reputation across the region. The Opportunity
- You will manage your own varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, including:
- Residential sales & purchases
- Remortgages & equity release matters
- Freehold & leasehold title checks
- Transfers of equity & matrimonial transfers
- Supporting and mentoring conveyancing assistants
- Building and maintaining local client relationships
- Cross-referring opportunities across the wider firm
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing residential property files independently
- Strong technical conveyancing knowledge
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Local market knowledge advantageous
- Professional, organised and commercially aware approach
