Our client is seeking a confident and ambitious Family Solicitor to join its highly regarded team, handling a varied caseload of private family law matters.

This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor who enjoys building lasting client relationships, delivering outstanding legal advice, and contributing to the continued growth of a thriving department.

Reporting directly to the Managing Partner, the successful Family Lawyer will work alongside an experienced Family Solicitor with the support of two dedicated legal secretaries.

The role offers exposure to a broad range of private family law work, including divorce, financial remedy matters, private children matters, cohabitation disputes and related family issues, without the need to specialise in one particular area.

This position is ideal for a solicitor who is looking to take the next step in their career, develop professionally and play a key role in shaping the future of a respected Family Law department.

Our client is looking for someone who can demonstrate

  • A minimum of 3 years' PQE in Private Family Law.
  • Experience managing a varied caseload of private family matters from instruction through to conclusion.
  • Excellent client care and communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to business development and department growth.
  • The ability to work collaboratively while managing their own caseload with confidence.

A competitive and flexible salary is available, depending on experience.
