The Group Compliance Manager will lead, manage and oversee all regulatory, legal, risk, data protection and compliance activities across three related firms. The role ensures that the firms meet their obligations under SRA regulations, AML legislation, data protection law, lender panel requirements, Companies House obligations, CQS standards and internal governance frameworks.
The postholder will act as a central point of expertise, providing guidance to Directors, senior leaders and transactional teams, while maintaining robust systems, controls and reporting mechanisms.
