Personal Injury Fee Earner (Post Litigated – Fast Track)
Location: Bolton
Salary: Competitive (DOE)

My client is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Personal Injury Fee Earner to join their growing and supportive legal team based in Bolton.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Fee Earner with 1–2 years’ experience handling post-litigated fast track personal injury claims (excluding hire) who is looking to take the next step in their career within a dynamic and ambitious law firm.

Responsibilities:
- Manage your own caseload from the defence stage through to settlement or trial.
- Provide timely, professional legal advice and support to clients.
- Maintain excellent client care throughout the life of a case.

- Negotiate settlements and manage client expectations effectively.
About You:
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience handling post-litigated fast track personal injury cases.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
