The Role
You’ll handle a broad range of residential property matters, including:
- Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Shared ownership
- Registered & unregistered land
- General residential conveyancing transactions
- New-build transactions, including developer liaison, tight exchange deadlines and lender requirements
