A highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join its growing team in Leamington Spa. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate family law specialist to work within a supportive, client-focused environment that places a strong emphasis on personal development and career progression. Key Responsibilities
- Managing your own varied caseload of private family law matters including divorce, financial remedy, and children issues
- Advocacy work as and when required
- Delivering excellent client care and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients and referrers
- Supporting the development of the department, including networking and growing the client base
- Handling matters in a timely, cost-effective, and commercially-minded manner
- Keeping up to date with family law developments and ensuring legal knowledge remains current
- Using case management systems effectively to stay organised and efficient
Candidate Requirements
- Ideally a qualified Solicitor with 3+ years PQE (CILEX and CLC qualified professionals will also be considered)
- Proven track record of independently managing a busy family law caseload
- Strong communication, organisation and time management skills
- Commercial awareness and experience of working to financial targets
- IT literate, with experience using case management software
- Personable, proactive and confident handling client enquiries in person, via phone and online
