Responsibilities
- Managing a diverse family law caseload, including divorce, financial settlements and child arrangements
- Providing empathetic, straightforward advice tailored to each client's circumstances
- Drafting and reviewing legal documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Building strong client relationships and maintaining excellent standards of care
- Working closely with colleagues and contributing to the continued development of the department
Qualifications
- Qualification as a Solicitor with experience in family law
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
- The ability to manage their own caseload efficiently
- A proactive, enthusiastic attitude and commitment to high-quality work
- Experience with case management systems (beneficial but not essential)
