I’m currently recruiting for a fantastic opportunity with a well-established, highly regarded Top 200 law firm that has been providing legal and wealth management services for over a century. The firm has a strong presence across Lincolnshire and the Midlands and is known for its supportive, forward-thinking culture.
This is an ideal role for a newly qualified or junior solicitor/legal executive (0–3 years PQE) looking to build a career in family law within a busy and friendly team. You'll have the chance to work on a broad range of private family law matters, including:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial proceedings following divorce/separation
- Private law children matters
- Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
- Cohabitation and separation agreements
You’ll be supported by senior team members and have access to excellent internal training and marketing support, helping you build confidence and grow your caseload.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality legal services to individual clients
- Support the development of new business and help grow the family law offering
- Handle your own caseload under supervision as you develop
- Keep up to date with family law developments and best practices
- Maintain proper financial and file management in line with firm procedures
