Family Associate Solicitor - High-Profile Legal 500 Family Team

Our client is seeking an ambitious Associate to join their thriving Family department, offering the opportunity to work alongside recognised leaders in the field on some of the most complex and high-value Family law matters in the market.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor who enjoys a varied caseload and wants to build their reputation within a collaborative, supportive and ambitious team. You'll gain exposure to high-net-worth financial remedy matters, private children disputes and international children cases, while working closely with experienced Partners and Senior Associates who are genuinely invested in your development.

You’ll manage your own caseload while supporting senior lawyers on complex and high-profile matters, giving you the perfect balance of autonomy and mentoring. The role offers excellent client contact from day one, with responsibility for delivering outstanding service and helping clients through some of life's most challenging circumstances.

Your work will include:

• Advising clients on a broad range of Family law matters, including financial remedy and private children proceedings.
• Assisting on complex international and cross-border children matters.
• Preparing court documents, financial disclosure, witness statements and other key legal documentation.
• Liaising with Counsel, experts and other professional advisers.
• Managing files from instruction through to conclusion with exceptional attention to detail.
• Building strong relationships with clients and professional referrers.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across a highly respected Family team.
• Contributing to business development through networking, articles, podcasts, seminars and industry events.

You’ll be a confident and commercially aware Family Solicitor with experience across both financial and children matters. You’ll enjoy taking ownership of your work, thrive in a team environment and be passionate about delivering first-class client service.

You’ll also have:

• Experience managing your own Family law caseload.
• Excellent drafting, communication and organisational skills.
