Our Dorking based client is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to take responsibility for their busy and well-established Private Client Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident Private Client professional looking to step into a leadership-focused role within a supportive practice.
The successful candidate will take control of the Private Client Department, managing a varied caseload while ensuring an excellent standard of client care. The department is a key part of the firm, with a steady flow of work and an established client base.
The ideal candidate will be:
- Experienced in Private Client work
- Proactive and well organised

- Confident using IT and case management systems
- Willing to cover matters across Surrey
- Comfortable making occasional home or care home visits to clients
