I'm currently working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Doncaster, which has been established for 40 years, and is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Fee Earner to join its busy and successful Property team.

The Role
You'll be responsible for managing your own caseload of commercial property matters, ensuring transactions progress efficiently while providing an exceptional level of client service.
Your caseload will include:
- Commercial property sales and purchases
- Commercial leases, including landlord and tenant matters
- Lease renewals, assignments and variations
- Property acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant transactions
- Commercial property due diligence and title investigations
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other professionals throughout transactions
The successful candidate will be confident managing their own caseload with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong technical knowledge and a proactive approach to progressing matters.
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers or experienced Commercial Property Fee Earners with relevant experience.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience managing your own commercial property caseload OR experience in residential law and the desire to work in commercial property
- A sound understanding of commercial property transactions and associated legal requirements
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- A proactive, organised and commercially minded approach
- A commitment to delivering high standards of client care
