Children Panel Solicitor | Coventry | Build Something of Your Own
What if your next move wasn't just another job... But the opportunity to build something?
I'm working with an established legal firm looking for a Children Panel accredited Child Care Solicitor to help launch and grow a new Family Department from its Coventry office.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than simply managing a caseload.
Someone who wants a voice in how a department develops, the opportunity to build a team around them, and the backing of an established firm to help make it happen.
You'll have legal secretarial, operational, marketing and business development support, alongside the autonomy to help shape the department's future.
What's on offer?
- Flexible and hybrid working
- The option to work your hours across four days
- A bonus structure linked to performance
- TOIL and a generous holiday allowance that increases with service
- Christmas closure without using annual leave
- An additional Celebration Day
- The opportunity to develop a team and play a key role in growing the department
Who would this suit?
An experienced Child Care Solicitor who is accredited to the Law Society Children Panel, confident in advocacy and experienced in publicly funded Public Law Children work.
But just as importantly, someone who is ambitious, commercially minded and excited by the prospect of taking on a more influential role.
