You will take full ownership of your own caseload, managing complex Court of Protection matters and meeting clear billing targets, all with the support of a collaborative and experienced team behind you. Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing your own Court of Protection caseload from start to finish
  • Meeting agreed billing and time-recording targets
  • Preparing Deputyship and statutory applications
  • Liaising directly with clients, attorneys, care providers, and families
  • Handling day-to-day financial matters including budgeting, payments, and care fees
  • Conducting client visits where needed (a full UK driving licence and business insurance are required)
  • Preparing reports and ensuring full compliance with OPG standards
  • Representing the department externally and contributing to its continued growth
