This top national law firm, recognized for their work, is currently looking to recruit a Costs Draftsman within their London office. The Costs team provides services to fee earners dealing with the recovery of costs in various practice areas. Their primary focus is on preparing bills of costs, negotiation, and advocacy within detailed assessment proceedings.

The Role: This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the largest costs teams nationally that is continuing to grow. You will be involved in preparing bills of costs for detailed assessments and litigation of bills through court processes.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience working in-house or for an external supplier, with experience in:

  • Drafting bills of costs
  • Negotiations
  • Costs Budget Preparation
  • Litigation through court processes
  • Advocacy experience is desirable but not necessary
