My client is a market-leading firm of solicitors with offices in Lancashire and Cumbria, servicing both business and private clients. They are looking to expand their property department with a 3+ year PQE Commercial Property Solicitor for their Preston office.
The firm is known for its culture that challenges the conventional law firm approach, focusing on achieving great results for clients while attracting and developing talented people.
The role involves advising investors, lenders, commercial and residential developers, high-profile entrepreneurs, and estate owners across various sectors. The work is proactive and highly commercial, including landlord and tenant, residential and commercial development, and high-level transactional work for regional and national clients. There is also an opportunity to contribute to the firm\’s growth.
