Provide litigation support throughout all stages of legal proceedings, from pre-litigation to trial preparation.

Draft, review, and organize legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and affidavits.

Conduct thorough legal research on case law, statutes, and regulations relevant to ongoing litigation.

Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and mediations, including preparing exhibits and managing case files.

Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all documents are up to date and properly indexed.

Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts as required by litigation matters.

Manage filing deadlines and court submissions, ensuring compliance with all relevant procedural rules.

Draft and respond to correspondence, managing communications efficiently and professionally.

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Previous experience working in litigation is highly preferred.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.

Strong understanding of litigation procedures, legal research, and documentation.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

High level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of legal work.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and litigation management software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Paralegal certification (preferred but not required).
