Clayton Legal are delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established law firm who, due to continued growth in their property department, are looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor for their central London office.

Responsibilities

  • Handle own caseload of Conveyancing matters through to completion with minimal supervision, including Sale & Purchase, Leasehold and Freehold matters.
  • Deal with bridging finance; training can be provided if needed.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years experience handling own caseload of Conveyancing matters through to completion with minimal supervision.
  • Experience covering Sale & Purchase, Leasehold and Freehold matters.
  • Prior experience in bridging finance is advantageous but not essential.

Salary and Benefits

Salary range on the role ranges from 35k-50k and is dependent on experience level. The role is office based only but has an excellent benefits package and clear progression opportunities due to the size of the firm.
