My client is a well-established and highly regarded law firm with offices across North Wales, Cheshire, and the Northwest. With a strong reputation for client service excellence and consistently positive client feedback, they are known for delivering high-quality legal support across their network of offices.

The firm is continuing to grow and is now seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Conveyancer to join their team, initially based in Chester. This is an excellent opportunity to take a leading role within a busy and supportive environment, building strong relationships with local estate agents while delivering outstanding client service.

You will be responsible for managing a full residential conveyancing caseload and supporting the firm in maintaining its high standards of client care. The role requires someone who is confident, proactive, and able to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team culture.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with local estate agents and referrers
  • Delivering excellent client care throughout the transaction process
  • Ensuring files are handled efficiently, accurately, and in line with compliance requirements

I am looking to speak with experienced conveyancers or qualified solicitors with a strong background in residential property. You should have excellent communication skills, strong IT ability (including Microsoft applications), and be highly organised with a proactive and detail-focused approach. The ability to multitask and use initiative is essential, along with a client-focused and approachable manner.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, based initially in Chester.

In return, the firm offers a competitive salary alongside a generous bonus scheme and up to 6 weeks' annual leave, reflecting their commitment to rewarding and retaining talented professionals.
