I'm currently working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Debts Manager to join a well-established national law firm with an excellent reputation across the legal sector.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in legal debt recovery who is looking to take ownership of a key function and make a real impact within the business.
The role will involve overseeing and managing the firm's debt recovery processes, as well as handling recovery work on behalf of a varied client base. You'll be working with a broad range of clients, building strong relationships, and using your expertise to achieve effective commercial outcomes.
I'm looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience in debt recovery within a legal environment
- A confident and professional management style
- Strong industry contacts and an established professional network
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- The ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with debt management software and systems
- A good understanding of the relevant debt recovery legislation and regulations
- A proactive, commercially minded and results-focused approach
