You will manage a varied caseload of probate and estate administration matters from instruction through to completion, supported by experienced colleagues who handle wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney work. Your responsibilities will include:
- Advising executors, administrators and beneficiaries with clarity and empathy
- Drafting and reviewing probate applications, inheritance tax returns and estate accounts
