You will manage high-value and complex Court of Protection matters, including Deputyships and Personal Injury Trusts, taking ownership of your caseload and advising clients and families directly.
You will supervise and mentor junior lawyers, contribute to policy development, and play a key role in business development to grow the team’s profile.
