Private Client Lawyer to join its busy and supportive Private Client team.
The firm has built a strong reputation across Buckinghamshire and the surrounding areas for delivering high-quality legal advice with a personal, client-focused approach.
This opportunity would suit either
A Private Client Solicitor/Lawyer with around 3-4 years\' PQE looking to progress their career within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment, or
A more experienced Private Client Solicitor seeking a part-time position (3-4 days per week) .
- Working alongside the Head of Private Client, you will manage a varied caseload covering:
- Wills
- Estate Administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Court of Protection
- Trusts
- Probate
- Deeds of Variation
- Inheritance Tax Planning
- Contentious Probate
- The Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in Private Client law.
- Confident managing a varied caseload independently.
- Technically strong across all aspects of Private Client work.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Proactive, approachable and empathetic.
- A collaborative team player with good IT skills.
