The Role
You’ll manage your own caseload and advise clients across a broad range of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate and Administration of Estates, with exposure to Court of Protection matters and the Mental Capacity Act.
You’ll be trusted to work independently, manage deadlines and deliver a professional, personable service, while having the backing of an experienced team around you.
What They’re Looking For
- Solicitor or Qualified CILEX with at least 3 years' relevant experience
- Strong experience across Wills, LPAs and Probate/Administration of Estates
- Good knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act; Court of Protection experience is advantageous
- STEP accreditation would be desirable
- A genuine interest in developing your career within Private Client
