Are you an experienced Family Solicitor looking for a fresh challenge where you can manage quality work, develop your career and be part of a supportive team? I am currently working with a thriving law firm in Bolton that is looking to appoint a Private Family Solicitor to join its expanding Family team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys handling a broad range of privately funded family matters while also working on Legal Aid cases.
The Opportunity
You will take ownership of your own caseload, advising clients across a variety of family law matters including:
- Divorce and financial remedy proceedings
- Domestic abuse and injunction applications
- A combination of privately funded and Legal Aid work
The role also involves conducting your own advocacy and attending court where required, so you will need to be confident representing clients and hold a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
