This opportunity has arisen due to the planned retirement of a longstanding member of the team, offering the successful candidate the chance to inherit an established caseload and become an integral part of a supportive and collaborative working environment.
Responsibilities
- Private family law work including divorce and separation, financial remedy matters, private children proceedings, cohabitation disputes, pre‑ and post‑nuptial agreements, domestic abuse matters.
- May also handle a small amount of public law and legally aided family work.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in family law.
- Solid experience managing private family matters independently.
- Excellent client care and communication skills.
- A compassionate and pragmatic approach to sensitive cases.
- Strong organisational and case management abilities.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a close‑knit team.
