Your Job:
- To ensure all guests receive a genuine, warm, friendly, courteous welcome on arrival and during their stay.
- To assist guests with the movement of luggage to and from the bedroom.
- To assist customers who need assistance with any information that they require.
- To ensure all guest queries are handled promptly and efficiently.
- Drive the hotel bus.
What You’ll Need:
- Must have a full clean UK Cat D Driving License.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in spoken and written English.
- Can do attitude, drive and ambition a must.
