As Reservations Manager, you will report to the Revenue Manager. You will effectively guide and manage hotel reservation operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and high-performance standards while fostering a positive work environment.

Your Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations in the reservation office.
- To constantly update the hotel's revenue system.
- To assist in the maximisation of room revenue, occupancy percentage and yield management.
- Work closely with the revenue manager and DOS to ensure the efficient running of the department.
- To ensure our guest's requests are honoured.
What You Will Need:
- Previous experience as a Reservation manager or Supervisor in a busy hotel.
- Excellent communication and customer skills.
- Great team leader and can lead and motivate the reservations staff.
- Can prioritise and delegate what needs to be done.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team.
