Your Job:
- To ensure all guests receive a genuine, warm, friendly, courteous welcome on arrival and during their stay
- To assist guests with the movement of luggage to and from the bedroom
- To assist customers who need assistance with any information that they require
- To ensure all guest queries are handled promptly and efficiently
- Drive the hotel bus
What You'll Need:
- Proven experience in Transport departments
- Must have a full, clean D1 Driving License
- Excellent organisational skills
- Be ready to maintain a flexible schedule, as operations run seven days a week, Available to work both day and night shifts
- Strong communication and management skills
- Ability to lead, inspire and motivate a diverse team of drivers
