As Meetings & Events Sales Manager, you will report to the Cluster Director of Sales. You will guide and manage hotel operations effectively, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strategic growth, and high-performance standards while fostering a positive work environment and driving financial success.

Your Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct lead generation, face-to-face meetings, negotiations, and site inspections, and attend trade shows and client events.
  • Track and analyze corporate account performance monthly to identify trends and initiate corrective actions.
  • Manage Corporate and Consortia RFPs to maximize hotel inclusion and analyze production reports to optimize business channels.
  • Drive meeting and conference bookings and report account performance to the General Manager and Central Office.
  • Collaborate on pricing strategies and forecasts with the DOS and Revenue Manager.
  • Develop promotional materials and manage online marketing efforts to drive direct sales via the hotel website.
  • Attended trade promotions and managed sales correspondence and contracts using the CRM system.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to monitor market trends and maintain the hotel's positive image.

What You Will Need:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably in a hotel or customer-focused environment.
  • A creative thinker with an outgoing personality, capable of building new relationships and maintaining existing ones.
  • Proven experience in effective people management within a team environment.
  • Sales-focused, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear reports to clients and colleagues.
  • Confident, ambitious, and proactive in approach.
