As Cluster Director of Sales, you will report to the General Manager. You will guide and manage hotel operations effectively, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strategic growth, and high-performance standards while fostering a positive work environment and driving financial success.

Your Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build and inspire a dynamic sales team, motivating and empowering them to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Lead hotel strategy in the planning and forecasting of owned business segments
- Support & adopt a culture of lead generation across the hotel
- Represent the hotels at sales team meetings, internal & external customer led events as appropriate
- Adoption of all available tools to support efficient ways of working including CRM, BI Tool, Market Intelligence Tools and Solver
What You Will Need:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working within a similar position in hotels
- Strong leadership skills & experience of managing a team
- Effective communicator
- Be commercially aware with strong analytical skills, be able to understand key business indicators and competitive trends
- Excellent organisation and planning skills
- Sales focused and results driven
