Reporting to the General Manager, the Rooms Division Manager will help support the development of the customer journey, be part of the strategic planning around the Front Office Operations, and support the open communication between our Housekeeping Team and the Front Office Operations.

What You Will Do:
- Ensure the guest's experience is of the highest quality.
- Lead the team to achieve goals about mystery audits, customer comment index, quality evaluations and hotel standards.
- Support and develop the Front office team, making sure that they become prepared for the next step in their career.
- Support and ensure clear communication between housekeeping and the Front Office Operations.
- Assist in efficiently and effectively controlling front office departmental operations.
- Contribute to the strategic running of the hotel.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years' experience in a front-office leadership role in a hotel with 150 plus rooms.
- Excellent skills in People leadership and development.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to oversee & delegate work to others.
- A warm, friendly and approachable personality when dealing with fellow staff and guests.
- The ability to work on your initiative, as well as being capable of working as part of a team.
