You will receive training through our Dalata Academy to help you learn important skills. You will also meet experienced team members who can help you grow.

Your Job:

  • Regular guests are known and greeted accordingly, using their names.
  • Ensure a good working knowledge of food, all beverages and wine. Be able to make recommendations.
  • Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
  • Upsell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.

What You’ll Need:

  • Previous hotel experience in a 3/4-star hotel property is desired but not essential.
  • Previous experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a busy food and beverage operation
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
  • Micros Experience would be preferable.
