Join Clayton Glass, a forward thinking business where people come first. We’re looking for reliable HGV Class 2 Drivers to deliver glass products [Insulated Glass Units] safely and professionally to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Safely deliver glass products [Insulated Glass Units] using an HGV Class 2 / Category C vehicle
- Provide excellent customer service on every delivery
- Follow all road safety and compliance regulations
- Complete vehicle checks and report maintenance needs
- Accurately complete delivery paperwork and communicate with the despatch & transport team
Essential Requirements
- Valid Class 2 / Category C licence
- Full Category B and C licence held for at least 12 months
- Maximum of 3 penalty points
- Up to date CPC certification and Digital Tachograph card
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Desirable
- Experience delivering fragile goods
- Forklift or Moffatt experience (training provided)
