As the Cluster Corporate Sales Manager, you will report to the Director of Sales. You will effectively guide and manage hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strategic growth, and high-performance standards while fostering a positive work environment and driving financial success.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage key corporate accounts effectively to capitalise on opportunities from existing clients.
  • Source and acquire new business from local corporate markets.
  • Identify new global RFP opportunities and submit compelling business cases for your hotel.
