Our client is a leading wealth management firm who are seeking an experienced Training & Development Consultant to support the ongoing professional growth of their advisers and paraplanners.
As a Training & Development Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a first‑class learning experience across the business. You’ll design, develop and deliver technical, regulatory and skills‑based training programmes that elevate adviser capability, ensure regulatory excellence and strengthen their culture of continuous professional development.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging training programmes covering advice skills, technical knowledge, product areas and regulatory requirements.
- Coach advisers and paraplanners to support exam preparation, competency sign‑off and ongoing CPD achievements.
- Work closely with senior leadership, compliance and operations to identify training needs and implement tailored learning pathways.
- Lead workshops, webinars and blended learning programmes across the national adviser population.
- Support new adviser onboarding and development through structured induction and competency‑based assessments.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry developments, FCA expectations and best practice in financial advice.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training interventions and recommend improvements.
