Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Financial Adviser & Team Lead to join their growing firm. This is a unique opportunity for someone who can both provide expert financial advice to clients and lead a talented team of advisers to success.
As a Senior Financial Adviser & Team Lead, you’ll combine your passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals with your ability to inspire and manage a team. You’ll play a key role in shaping their financial advisory services, ensuring exceptional client experiences, and driving team performance.
Role & Responsibilities: 📋
- Provide tailored financial advice to a portfolio of clients, covering investments, pensions, insurance, and other financial planning areas.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of financial advisers to achieve individual and team targets.
- Oversee compliance and regulatory standards across the team’s activities.
- Drive business development and client acquisition strategies.
- Collaborate with senior management to shape strategic direction and improve advisory processes.

- Minimum Level 4 qualified and ideally Chartered or close to achieving.
- Proven experience delivering high-quality financial advice to clients.
