⭐️Regional Manager

📍Home Based (with travel as/when necessary)

Our client is a leading national Independent Financial Advice firm, providing high-quality, client-centric financial planning solutions across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Regional Manager to oversee and support a network of Independent Financial Advisers.

As Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the leadership and performance of a panel of IFAs. You will act as a trusted business partner to advisers, driving growth, improving quality, and ensuring regulatory standards are consistently met.

Role & Responsibilities: 📋

  • Lead, manage, and support a regional panel of Independent Financial Advisers
  • Drive adviser performance through coaching, mentoring, and regular reviews
  • Ensure advisers operate in line with FCA regulations, company policies, and compliance standards
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of new advisers
  • Identify growth opportunities and implement regional business plans
  • Act as a key liaison between advisers and head office functions (Compliance, Operations, Paraplanning, Sales Support)
  • Maintain strong relationships with advisers, promoting engagement and retention

Do you have the following to apply?

  • Proven experience in a Regional Management (or similar) role
  • Strong understanding of UK financial advice regulations and compliance requirements
  • Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop advisers
