Home based with expectation of being in their Yorkshire based office once every two weeks £45,000 + Benefits Job Description : Our client is a growing wealth management firm who are looking for an experienced Paraplanner to support the Financial Advisers. The role will involve taking responsibility for the following: Undertake appropriate, accurate and relevant research, based on the information gathered by the Financial Advisers, known information for clients in the on-going advice service and existing products/services the client has, to enable the Advisers to recommend a suitable solution to meet the client’s needs and objectives with a good outcome. Undertake accurate calculations and cash-flow modelling where needed to support recommendations. Prepare suitability reports and letters for the Financial Advisers to provide their recommendation based on our knowledge of the client, their documented needs, objectives, risk profile, to support a good client outcome, adapting your approach for clients in vulnerable circumstances. Ensure that drafted suitability reports and other communications are clear, fair, and not misleading. Draft and co-ordinate technical documents and research for client presentation. When undertaking research or preparing suitability reports proactively identify areas of potential future advice and raise with the Financial Adviser for them to discuss with the clients. Key Requirements; RQF level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent) Experience in a Paraplanner role within a wealth management business
